I want to open a Credit Account.
Just click on "I want to open an Account" when you get to payment. We will invoice you on normal 30 day payment terms. We do ask that new account orders are £50 or over before VAT.
How do I know you have the goods in stock?
Our system will show the goods as "Out of Stock" and you will not be able to purchase. So, if you can order it, you know we have it, and you should take delivery next working day. (orders before 4.00pm)

How do I get a Login Account?
When you purchase from us online, enter an email address in Login Account option at checkout. Our customer service Staff will then create a Login Account for you, and email you account details which you can use on your next order.
Why should I have a Login Account?
It will save you time. You will not have to re-key information you have previously provided. In addition, you will see what you have ordered before.
How do I change my Login Account information?

Will my account information be secure?
We use state-of-the-art technology to keep your account information secure. We do not pass on Customer data to third parties except to Credit Reference Agencies to open credit accounts and delivery addresses to our carriers. We do NOT keep a record of your credit or debit card information, so we regret that you will need to re-key your Card data on every order for the sake of your security. Please see our Privacy statement.
Why should you have my money before I have the Goods?
We don't! When you provide your card details on the secure site this enables us to draw the payment you have authorised. We only draw after we have despatched. In the event of your order going on to back order, we shall advise you before we draw.
Do you have a brochure?
Sorry, we don't, but a PDF version of our brochure will be available in the future.
What are your prices composed of?
Prices include delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands, Next Working Day. Scottish Highlands takes longer, 3 to 5 working days days. Orders under £30.00 ex VAT will be charged an additional £9.45 packing and carriage. We use UPS Next Working Day Service. 98% of England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands orders placed by 4.00pm are received the next working day.
Can you deliver to other areas?
Yes, we can. For deliveries excluded in our prices, such as The Channel Islands, Western Isles, Northern Ireland, and other Countries, please phone for a freight quote.

Can you print my logo on your stock carrier bags?
We can print from just 50 bags. We use Silk Screen to print on our stock Bags. We can deliver in less than 2 weeks.
